FAQ

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Of course! 

If you must return something, store credit in form of a gift card (or exchange for items equaling the same amount) will be issued. Any difference must be paid or will be refunded via store credit. Store credit does not have an expiration date. 

Any items purchased must be returned 15 days after purchase. To qualify, it must be unworn and unwashed. 

Any damaged items must be returned within 7-10 days unworn and unwashed -- PLEASE contact us ASAP to let us know your item has been damaged before use. If emailing, please send photos of damage along with our tag on your item. Once washed and worn, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any form.

We accept sale items back UNLESS marked 'FINAL SALE'. Otherwise, it cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Shipping costs, if returning, are the responsibility of the customer.

We can ship to anywhere in the US! Give us about 3-5 business days at most to get your item out to you. You will be provided a tracking number via email. If you have not received your tracking number, feel free to email us! We would love to help you.
